* Dr. Schwartz of EyeSymmetry Vision Center is a Diplomate in Cornea, Contact Lenses, and Refractive Technology of the American Academy of Optometry. Certified in fitting a variety of advanced contact lenses, including the EyePrintPro lens, Dr. Schwartz can co-manage your patient for a contact lens evaluation. After the assessment and/or contact lens fitting, Dr. Schwartz will share with you your patient's information in this co-management process. By referring a patient to Dr. Schwartz, you will still retain your patient as their primary eye doctor.
